Chaplains

All the work that Prison Fellowship Scotland does within Scottish jails is done in partnership with, and in support of the Chaplains who work in these prisons.  Chaplains are employed by the Scottish Prison Service in every prison in Scotland to look after the spiritual needs of the men and women held there. Our work is always under the supervision and guidance of the chaplains and in support of their work. 

In some prisons, this means that the groups that we run are run with chaplains attending and being an integral part of the group. In other cases the chaplains will arrange for PFS to work with a particular group of prisoners
